Mango Lobster In Phyllo Dough

(1 serving)

Ingredients:

1 tsp Lobster, cooked

1-1/2 Tbsp Fresh mango, diced

1 piece Fresh mint, chopped

1 pkg Phyllo dough

Procedure:

Place the above ingredients in 1 sheet of Phyllo dough. Wrap like a small egg roll –  about 3 inches long.  Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 to 2 minutes until light golden brown.

Notes:

To make this dessert healthier: You don’t need to use egg wash to seal the roll. You don’t need to brush heavy butter on the phyllo dough to make it tasty. If you wrap it fast and bake right on the way.
