Spinach Nachos with Asiago Cheese in Mustard Seed Duck Sauce

Ingredients:

½ bag                   Crispy Spinach Nachos (Wonton Skin)

1 tsp.                    Asiago Cheese Powder

¼ tsp.                   Five Spicy Salt

¼ cup                   Fresh Tomatoes, diced or Sun Dried Tomatoes

¼ cup                   Jicama, diced

1 Tbsp.                 Banana Pepper Rings

1 tsp.                    Scallions, diced

 

Dip:

1 cup                    Duck Sauce

¼ tsp.                   Mustard Seed

Procedure:

1. Place the spinach nachos on the plate.

2. Sprinkle with Five Spicy Salt, Asiago Cheese, Tomato, Jicama, Banana Pepper Rings and Scallions.

3. For dip, put duck sauce in small bowl. Sprinkle with mustard seeds.

Note:

Parmesan cheese can be substituted to Asiago cheese.
