Five Spicy Salt Chicken Wings

Ingredients:

1 lb.                       Chicken Wings

1 Tbsp                   Soy Sauce

4 cups                   Soy Bean Oil for deep frying

½ Tbsp                 Sugar

¼ tsp                     Pepper

½ cup                    Cooking Wine

1 Tbsp                   Sesame Oil

Ingredients for Five Spicy Salt:

½ cup                    Red, Yellow & Green Pepper, diced

1 Tbsp                   Long Hot Pepper, sliced (red or green)

3 Tbsp.                 Onion, diced 1/8"

1/8 tsp                   5 Spicy Powder

5 Tbsp                   Salt

 

Procedure:

1. Marinate chicken in soy sauce for at least 1/2 hour.

2. Use very hot oil to deep fry chicken until it is cooked. (2 to 3 minutes, depending upon temperature of oil.

3. Drain the chicken and set aside.

4. Heat the wok. Add pepper and onion. Toast with chicken wings. Sprinkle with 1/2 tsp. Five Spicy Powder and salt. Serve.
