Playing with Food
Chef Joseph Poon loves to play with his food! His exciting and creative food carvings are just the thing to make any occasion festive! He can turn a watermelon into a
dragon, a potato into a rose, a zucchini into a bird and more -- in seconds -- all while telling funny and motivational stories. He's done it for Jay Leno on "The Tonight Show," on "The Ellen Degeneres Show" on TV Food Network and he'll do it for you too!

Chef Poon reveals the secret of making Silk Dragon Beard Candy.
This is not a noodle. It is the ancient art of making 100 pieces of candy.

Dragon Festival Dessert

Chef Poon won first place in this dessert competition at the Wilma Theater. His dessert featured watermelons carved into eagles and roses, as well as Jay Leno's profile. (Ever since Chef Poon appeared on "The Tonight Show" he's been a big Leno fan.) There's also steamed chocolate and other goodies. |
