The Chinese calendar is filled with special holidays and celebrations.

Chef Poon offers seasonal specialty menus for holidays such as the Lantern Festival, Dragonboat Festival and Mooncake Festival.

In addition, his Chinese New Year 10 Course Banquets are the highlight of the year and served every January through March. Each menu offers traditional and modern dishes to delight his guests.
