Chef Poon will personally escort trainees on a culinary trip to Hong Kong to sample Chinese delicacies including fresh seafood, street food, fast food, fruit from Kowloon, Floating Restaurant Banquet food, Hong Kong Peninsula Hotel, Vegetarian Food from Buddhists Island Temple. Hotel and all meals, sightseeing and airline tickets all included.
Timing: 12 weeks. Starting May 2008. Six days a week. All meals provided. Includes five day trip to Hong Kong. We can help you find living quarters in Philadelphia.
Cost: $100 per week for 12 week program. Cost covers training, 5-day trip to Hong Kong and possibility of being chosen as a partner in new restaurant.
